Prutton preaches consistency

Midfielder David Prutton believes Swindon need to be more consistent if they are to be successful this season.

The Robins have won three and lost three of their last six games in League One and Prutton believes the players should take full responsibility for their stuttering start to the season. "The season has been summed up so far by inconsistency" he told the Swindon Advertiser. "If you look at some of the results and performances we've had there's been some really top-notch stuff. But then we've undone ourselves with maybe a bit of naivety. "Any team like ours who talk about getting up the league and being in amongst promotion places have to be more consistent and better over the course of the season. "The players are the only ones on the pitch who can do it and of course it is out fault."
