Brentford striker Charlie MacDonald has backed under-pressure manager Andy Scott to turn their season around.
The Bees have endured a tough start to their second campaign in League One and Saturday's home defeat by Oldham left them rooted to the foot of the table.
But MacDonald said: "He's the right man to turn things around. During his time in charge he's got us doing the right things, and they have made us successful.
"But people aren't doing what the gaffer wants at the moment."
