Os add another midfielder to their ranks

Leyton Orient have signed former Charlton Athletic midfielder Matthew Spring on a two-year contract. Os manager Russell Slade has been busy this summer and the 30-year-old becomes the ninth new arrival at Brisbane Road having left The Valley at the end of last season. Slade was delighted to land the former Luton Town and Leeds United man and feels he will provide a different option in his squad. "Matt is a really important signing for us," he told the club's official website. "He has different qualities to Adam Chambers and Stephen Dawson - he will get on the ball and make us play. "He is comfortable in possession and will look after the ball."
