Leyton Orient defender Tamika Mkandawire has revealed he wants to quit the League One club to develop his career.
Mkandawire has been linked with a move to Swansea and Millwall in the Championship and has admitted he is searching for a 'new challenge'.
He told to the Epping Forest Guardian: "I think it's time for a new challenge now.
"I'm 27 and I've been here for three years... nobody can knock me for wanting to play as high as I can."
