Lewis Guy is confident he has made the right decision after joining MK Dons following his release by Doncaster Rovers.
The striker was not offered a new contract by Doncaster and he has accepted a two-year deal to join League One side MK Dons.
He had finished the campaign on loan at Oldham Athletic and played in the Latics' 0-0 draw at stadium:mk in April.
Guy was impressed by the surroundings and believes he has picked the correct club to join after talking to Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll.
"I played here not so long ago on loan with Oldham towards the end of last season and straight away I thought what a great place it would be to play your football," Guy told the club's official website.
"Funnily enough, a few weeks later I'm here and I'm pleased to be here.
"The manager at Doncaster had said to me that if I can find a better club at this level he'd be surprised and I don't think I can so that's why I'm here now.
"The whole point in me going out on loan towards the end of last season was to get some games and try to impress some potential new clubs and that's the way it's worked out."
