Port Vale have completed a deal to keep Bristol Rovers forward Sean Rigg on loan at the club until the end of the season.
Rigg recently spent a month on loan at Vale Park and scored once in four appearances for Micky Adams' side.
Adams has been trying to secure an extension for the 21-year-old, who has featured just once in the Rovers first team this season.
He will now stay with Vale until 8th May and last week outlined his determination to impress enough to be offered a permanent deal.
Rigg told The Sentinel: "If Vale offered me a permanent contract at the end of the loan spell, of course it'd be something I'd consider.
"If not, hopefully I will have done well enough to attract interest from other clubs."
