Oldham have clinched the signing of former Huddersfield captain Andy Holdsworth on a two-year deal.
Skysports.com revealed earlier on Wednesday that the Latics were closing in on the versatile defender and the switch has now been finalised.
Holdsworth arrives on a free transfer after leaving Huddersfield at the end of last season.
He had been training with Bradford when Oldham made their move and manager Dave Penney is happy to have secured his signature.
Penney said: "His versatility will give me more options."
