Gillingham manager Mark Stimson has confirmed he wants to sign trialists Rashid Youssuff, Jordan Parkes and Sam Long.

Youssuff and Long are currently looking for new clubs after being released by Charlton while Parkes is under contract at Watford.

All three impressed in Thursday's 5-0 success over Faversham and Stimson has now revealed he hopes to sign the trio, with Parkes maybe joining on loan.

Did well

"The three of them did very well again against Faversham and the boy Yussuff's goal was absolutely outstanding," he told the club's official website.

"With the composure he showed with his left foot and his athleticism, he is someone who I will try and put together a deal for.

"Jordan Parkes is contracted to Watford for two years so if we do anything with him it would be a loan, and young Sam Long has got a good opportunity of being offered something as well.

"Hopefully we can work something out with them all early next week."
