Keeper completes switch to League One outfit

MK Dons have handed a two-year contract to Stuart Searle following a successful trial period. The experienced keeper, who was recently released by Watford, becomes the sixth new face to join the Dons this summer. The 30-year-old, who has previously taken in spells at Basingstoke and Chelsea, joins fellow new boys Danny Woodards, Jabo Ibehre, Stephen Gleeson, David McCracken and Jermaine Easter at stadium:mk. "The coaching staff were very impressed with Stuart during his trial period," Dons chairman Pete Winkelman told the club's official website. "Willy Gueret has been a huge part of our success in the last two years but competition can only be good for him and Stuart's challenge is to provide that."
