Gillingham boss Mark Stimson is pondering over whether to offer contracts to a number of trialists.
The League One new boys currently have four hopefuls looking to make an impression at Priestfield.
Former Yeovil defender Aaron Brown, Watford left-back Jordan Parkes and former Charlton pair Sam Long and Rasid Yussuff have all featured for the Gills in recent friendlies.
Yussuff and Parkes have caught the eye in victories over Folkestone and Dartford, while Brown has played 90 minutes in both games.
Stimson must now decide if all, or any, of the quartet will be retained on a full-time basis.
He said: "Aaron's had a full 90 minutes again and we'll probably have to make a decision on him this week but hopefully we can squeeze another couple of games out of the other boys before I make a decision.
"The young lad Yussuff has done well in the middle of the pitch, while Jordan looked good in the second half (at Dartford); he's a neat and tidy football player."
