Michael O'Connor has returned to Crewe Alexandra following the end of his loan spell at Lincoln.
The Northern Ireland international made 10 appearances and scored one goal during his time at Sincil Bank.
He formed an impressive partnership alongside Imps skipper Scott Kerr and was highly regarded by Lincoln boss Peter Jackson.
However, he will now head back to Gresty Road and hope to play some part in the Railwaymen's battle to avoid the drop in League One.
He will be unavailable for Crewe's next two fixtures, though, as he must serve a suspension after collecting 10 yellow cards this season.
