Skysports.com understands Peter Leven has rejected a new contract at Milton Keynes Dons.
The midfielder joined the club on a free transfer from Chesterfield last summer and has scored seven goals in 26 League One appearances.
He has recently been linked with Championship duo Nottingham Forest and Plymouth Argyle after impressing for MK Dons this season.
The 25-year-old was offered an extension to his contract, which expires at the end of the campaign, but this has been rejected.
It is now understood that MK Dons have withdrawn the offer and Leven is set to leave stadium:mk for nothing come the summer.
