Much-travelled striker agrees emergency loan

Lincoln have signed Crewe striker Anthony Elding on a three-month emergency loan deal. The Lincolnshire-born forward will stay at Sincil Bank until 4th April, although there is a 24-hour recall clause in his contract that kicks after the first 28 days of his stay. Elding began his career with Boston and later returned to the club after spells with Stevenage and Kettering. The much-travelled striker also spent time at Stockport and Leeds before moving to Crewe last summer. The 26-year-old has scored three goals in 19 appearances for Crewe this season.
