Midfielder attracting interest

Charlie Barnett has been made available for a loan move, skysports.com understands. The former Liverpool youngster is believed to be keen on a loan move away from Tranmere in a bid to get some regular action under his belt. Barnett came through the famed Liverpool Academy and was a member of the club's FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2006. The 20-year-old left Anfield last season as he searched for the opportunity of breaking into first-team football. Barnett won a one-year deal at Tranmere after impressing Rovers boss Ronnie Moore during a pre-season trial. The classy midfielder has struggled to establish himself as a regular in the Tranmere side due to the formation Moore prefers to play and he is willing to loan him out. The news has alerted a number of League Two clubs to Barnett's availability and Rochdale are thought to have sounded out a move for the talented midfield man.
