Former striker could make Walkers return

Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric has confirmed the club are in talks to bring Paul Dickov back to the Walkers Stadium. Dickov is looking for a new club after being released by Manchester City earlier this summer. MLS side Toronto FC and Blackpool have been linked with the veteran striker, but Leicester are hoping to steal in and bring him back to the club. Dickov spent two years at Leicester between 2004 and 2006 and Mandaric believes he would be valuable addition to Nigel Pearson's squad. "He would be a good addition to the club with his experience, character and past here," Mandaric told Radio Leicester. "There is a very positive dialogue. I guess we need another day before we can be more positive but I'm hopeful that we can bring Paul here."
