Cheltenham defender Gavin Caines has signed a new one-year deal with the League One club.
The 24-year-old former Walsall trainee is currently out of action as he recovers from knee surgery but is expected to be available in September.
Caines is the latest player to commit his future to Town after the recent signings of Craig Armstrong, Jerry Gill, Scott Brown and Andy Gallinagh - leaving just Ashley Vincent and Alan Wright yet to agree new contracts.
Cheltenham finished 19th in League One last season and the Robins will be hoping for an improved performance next season.
Caines joined Cheltenham in 2004 and has made 107 appearances and has scored four goals in that time.
