Carlisle United manager John Ward is not planning a bid for Cheltenham Town goalkeeper Shane Higgs.
Ward is in the market for a new keeper following Kieren Westwood's move to Coventry City and has been linked with a swoop for Higgs.
The Brunton Park boss worked with Higgs during his time in charge at Cheltenham, but is not eyeing up a reunion.
"I don't think I am going to be doing that (bidding for Higgs)," Ward said in the Gloucestershire Echo.
"I have another target that I am hoping to tie up in the next few days, so I am getting one sorted."
Higgs has made over 260 appearances for Cheltenham and has 12 months remaining on his current contract.
