Gillingham have made their sixth capture of the summer in the shape of Efe Sodje.
The 34-year-old has penned a two-year deal with the Kent side after leaving relegated Southend.
Sodje, who has been capped nine times by Nigeria, joined Southend back in January 2006 from Yeovil.
The defender brings a wealth of experience to The Priestfield Stadium having over 300 league appearances under his belt.
Sodje joins Craig Armstrong, Aaron Brown, Barry Cogan, Delroy Facey and Simon King in joining Gillingham this summer.
