Still slams 'schoolboy' defending

Dagenham manager John Still was furious after a poor defensive display resulted in a 5-2 defeat at home to Aldershot.

A goal in each half from Jermaine McGlashan, with strikes from Peter Vincenti, Michael Rankine and Luke Guttridge, doomed the Daggers to a ninth loss in 10 games. Jon Nurse and Damien McCrory scored the consolation goals. Still said: "The first two goals we conceded were things you don't expect. Damien McCrory got caught ball watching, which is poor. "We've got to stop conceding goals and that was the story of it. You have to give yourself a base to play from and at the moment we're not doing that. "This isn't just defenders, we can't defend most situations. I'm not just blaming the back four, we cannot defend at the moment. "We are making so many errors that if you were schoolboy players you would say you were disappointed."
