Luton goalkeeper Dean Brill has extended his contract at the Championship club through to June 2009.
Brill has come through the ranks at Kenilworth Road having joined the club at the age of nine.
The 20-year-old made six appearances under Mike Newell this season and has secured his place behind first-choice Marlon Beresford.
Meanwhile, midfielders Michael Leary and Stephen O'Leary have followed Brill in agreeing to new terms at Kenilworth Road.
Both players have been able to gain valuable first-team experience while on loan at lower league clubs, but have yet to make an appearance for The Hatters in the league.
All three follow starlets Leon Barnett and Keith Keane, who penned new deals earlier this year.
