Scunthorpe regained top spot in League Two after a 3-0 win at Bristol Rovers.

A Paul Hayes double and one from Steve Torpey (pictured) gave The Iron the points down in Bristol and also handed them top spot in the table.

Swansea started the day as leaders, but dropped down to second after going down 2-0 at Shrewsbury.

Jake Sedgemore and David Walton did the damage for The Shrews who badly need the points down near the drop zone.

Yeovil cemented third place after defeating Southend 3-1 at home, although they left it late to seal the points.

Phil Jevons gave The Glovers the lead but Adam Barrett looked to have given Southend a point until Scott Guyett and Barosz Tarachulski scored in the final seven minutes to earn Yeovil the win.

Kidderminster lost further ground at the foot of the table after a 2-1 defeat at Grimsby, as Pedro Matias' late strike was not enough after Dean Gordon and Thomas Pinault had struck for The Mariners.

John Turner gave Cambridge a much-needed win as his hat-trick was enough to see off Rushden & Diamonds, with Drewe Broughton firing in their response.

An own goal credited to Oxford keeper Chris Tardiff gave Rochdale a dramatic 1-0 win, with the goal coming in the 90th minute.

Lincoln kept up their promotion push with a comfortable 3-0 win at Darlington thanks to goals from Simon Yeo, Marcus Richardson and Richard Butler.

Wayne Carlisle gave Leyton Orient the lead at home to Wycombe, but goals from Nathan Tyson and Roger Johnson gave the visitors a 2-1 win.

Steve Guinan and Grant McCann gave Cheltenham a 2-0 win at Macclesfield, while Chris Porter secured a 1-0 win for Bury against Notts County and Boston's home match with Mansfield finished goalless.
