Taylor will face Arsenal if he keeps his place for Adkins' first game in charge, and his respect for Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger is still in place nearly eight years after he left for Villa Park. "I was in awe of the players there but Arsene Wenger was fantastic too. "Wenger does everything at the club. The only thing he didn't do was hang our shirts out in the dressing room. "Last summer I didn't have a club and they let me go back in and train. "I still speak to one of the chefs there and people behind the scenes. The fact Arsene is still there says a lot about him."
