Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes does not want the controversy surrounding Paddy Kenny to go any further after confirming that Tony Fernandes and Mike Rigg were sent messages over the weekend.
It is alleged that former QPR goalkeeper Kenny sent abusive text messages to technical director Rigg and chairman Fernandes late on Saturday night and in the early hours of Sunday morning, mocking the result and the performance of Rob Green.
Rigg is also understood to have received calls up until 3am on Sunday, leading him to make a complaint to Leeds.
Green came in as the new No.1 at Loftus Road over the summer as Kenny joined Leeds, but the QPR debutant endured a nightmare game on Saturday as a blunder for the first goal put Swansea on course for a 5-0 victory.
Inappropriate
Asked about the issue ahead of QPR's next match against Norwich, Hughes stated that no formal complaint had been lodged even though the club felt Kenny's behaviour was inappropriate.
"It doesn't go anywhere from here," Hughes said about the controversy.
"There was some text messages and telephone messages, which were to Tony Fernandes and our technical director, Mike Rigg.
"We felt they were inappropriate. We didn't make a formal complaint, I think Mike just got in touch with Leeds just to make them aware of the situation and just to acknowledge that actually it did occur.
"But we didn't make a formal complaint, it was just two individuals."
