QPR, Boro and Blues keen on Canaries frontman

Sky Sports understands that Queens Park Rangers, Middlesbrough and Birmingham have expressed an interest in Norwich's Steve Morison. QPR boss Mark Hughes knows the striker well from his time spent in charge of the Wales national side. He believes the 28-year-old could be a useful addition to his attacking ranks. Morison only joined Norwich last summer, but it remains to be seen where he fits into new Canaries boss Chris Hughton's plans.

Interest

Should the transfer door be opened, there will be no shortage of interest. Middlesbrough and Birmingham are understood to have already joined the chase, with both clubs keen to acquire the services of a proven Championship goalscorer. Morison proved his worth at that level with Millwall, and netted nine times in the Premier League last season. Norwich are reluctant to part with any senior members of their squad, but could see their resolve tested before the summer window slams shut.
