Robinson and Kandol the latest to pick up knocks

Andy Robinson and Tresor Kandol have added to Leeds United manager Simon Grayson's injury worries after picking up knocks for the reserves. Robinson, restricted to a handful of appearances from the substitutes' bench this season, was withdrawn from the reserves' 2-2 draw with Hartlepool in midweek due to a hamstring strain, while striker Kandol suffered a leg injury after scoring both Leeds' goals. Robinson, being lined up to replace Robert Snodgrass in the starting line-up, faces a race to be fit for Monday night's clash with Norwich at Elland Road, but Kandol insisted he would be ready if selected for a rare start in the absence of Luciano Becchio, who has an ankle injury. Defenders Jason Crowe (hamstring) and Leigh Bromby (foot), goalkeeper Shane Higgs (thigh), Snodgrass (knee), Ben Parker (hamstring) and Rui Marques (Achilles) are all closing in on a return to full fitness, while Patrick Kisnorbo and Lubo Michalik have been away on international duty.
