Leeds United chairman Ken Bates is unhappy Casper Ankergren has been hit with an FA charge, while Swindon's fans have gone unpunished.
The Whites won 1-0 at The Robins earlier this month, although it was an off the ball incident that has got Leeds' supremo rattled.
Bates feels it is unfair the Danish shot-stopper has been singled out for allegedly throwing a missile at Swindon's fans, while their reported abuse towards him has gone unnoticed.
"Why have Swindon not been charged with failing to control their fans?" asked Bates.
"Casper had to take a barrage all afternoon and nobody lifted a finger to protect him."
Ankergren has been charged with improper conduct by The FA for his actions at Swindon and has until 1st April to respond.
