Sean O'Driscoll feels his Doncaster Rovers players are deriving great benefit from Neil Sullivan's experience.

The veteran goalkeeper has returned to The Keepmoat Stadium for his second loan spell of the season from Leeds United.

He has impressed O'Driscoll with his attitude in a similar way to John Filan, who was on loan from Wigan in October.

O'Driscoll believes Sullivan's experience of playing at the top level can only help the other members of his Doncaster squad to progress.

"Neil has come in, like we had with John Filan before from Wigan," O'Driscoll told Sky Sports News.

"Players who have played a lot of games in the Premier Division, to drop down a division or two divisions is sometimes difficult for them.

"Both John and Neil have been consummate professionals and have come in and used their experience.

"The rest of the players have respected them and they've gone away being better players for the experience.

"Neil went away from us and got straight back in the Leeds first team. I'm glad to have him back, he'll be a major factor."
