Scunthorpe United have bolstered their attack with the capture of Leeds' Jermaine Beckford on loan.
The 23-year-old, who was well down Dennis Wise's pecking order, will remain with The Iron until the end of the season.
Beckford made five Championship appearances this term, although he is yet to find the back of the net for The Whites.
The former Wealdstone striker had a spell on loan with Carlisle last year, but despite netting on his debut his other four appearances failed to bear fruit.
Beckford will now contend with the likes of Billy Sharp and Andrew Keogh for a starting place at Glanford Park as the club battle it out for a Championship place.
