Swiss international Eldin Jakupovic is waiting to hear from Uefa to see if he can move in this transfer window.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper was with Greek outfit Volos, before they were relegated to the fourth division for match-fixing.
Now Jakupovic can move for free - and he has been linked with a move to Tottenham.
He is though waiting to see if Uefa will allow him to move during this window.
Jakupovic told Zurich-based Neue Zuricher Zeitung: "My bags are packed bags at this very moment.
"Playing in the fourth tier is really no option for my future in this game. I am on top of my fitness, that is for sure.
"I am staying optimistic regarding my future. I am hoping Uefa allows me a non-window move.
"I do not rule out returning to Switzerland, I had been in touch with Xamax (Neuchatel) once this summer and clubs like Panathinaikos, AEK Athens and Olympiakos in Greece are also keen on me. Thus far nothing has been decided just yet."
