Hull City goalkeeper Mark Oxley is set to rejoin Grimsby Town on an emergency seven-day loan deal.
Oxley has recently completed a month-long stint at Blundell Park and made one appearance for the League Two strugglers.
He is now poised to link up with Neil Woods' squad again to solve a goalkeeping crisis ahead of the Good Friday game at home to Northampton Town.
Nick Colgan and Leigh Overton are both rated as '50/50' for the fixture after picking up injuries in training.
Oxley is likely to go straight into the side to face Northampton and may also be required for Monday's match at Accrington Stanley.
