Hull man determined to make his mark

Jay-Jay Okocha admits he has been disappointed with his personal form this season and has vowed to make an impact over the remainder of the campaign. The former Bolton man has struggled with injury during his time at the KC Stadium and last featured for the Tigers back in December. However, Hull have enjoyed a fine run of late which has seen them join the play-off chasing pack and move into eighth in the table. Okocha now feels it's time for him to play his part as the Tigers dare to dream of a Premier League place.

Positive

"It's disappointing that I've not been able to play in the team every week," he told the Hull Daily Mail. "I came here with the purpose to help this football club and push it forward. But even though we're doing okay, I still feel that I've not done very well. "I just have to stay positive and try to make my mark for the rest of the season."
