Trundle's Tigers attraction

Lee Trundle has admitted he is flattered by reports linking him with Hull.

Swansea striker Lee Trundle has admitted he is flattered by reports linking him with a move to Hull.

Trundle's goals played a large part in Swansea gaining promotion to League One, but he could be on the move up the ladder to The Championship if reports are to be believed.

Hull secured promotion from League One and manager Brian Little is determined to bring in players capable of making The Tigers competitive in The Championship.

Southampton and Leicester are also believed to be keeping an eye on Trundle, but it is Hull who have captured the imagination of the 28-year-old.

"Hull is a massive club and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't flattered to be linked with them," said Trundle. "Peter Taylor is a great manager and they are obviously a club going places.

"They're similar to Swansea in that they've been in the doldrums for so many years but have started to come good.

"At the moment I've heard nothing, but we will just have to see what happens."
