Shakers bring in striking duo

Bury boss David Flitcroft has made a double striker swoop on loan deadline day, signing Everton's Hallam Hope and Barnsley's Danny Rose.

Both players will remain at the JD Stadium until the end of the year with the pair filling a void Flitcroft has been seeking to solve since Anton Forrester's season-ending knee injury forced him back to Blackburn. Hope, a 20-year-old forward who has been capped for England at youth level, could come up against Northampton this weekend, where he spent time on loan earlier in the season. Rose, also 20, recently signed a contract extension at Oakwell and knows Flitcroft from the manager's time in charge at Oakwell.
