MK Dons striker Jabo Ibehre is delighted to be finally making an impression with the League One outfit.

The 27-year-old striker spent the majority of last season out on loan, but has become a fixture in the Dons' first-team this year with 21 appearances. "I've come back in a much more positive frame of mind. Hopefully I'm improving as I'm playing," he told BBC Three Counties Radio. "As I play on the more people will see the real Jabo." After netting 10 times in 39 appearances for Walsall Ibhere earned a move to stadium:mk in summer 2009, but a slow start to life in Milton Keynes resulted in loan stints with Southend and Stockport. This term he has largely featured from the bench for Karl Robinson's side, scoring twice in the League Cup victory over Dagenham. Ibehre added: "You want to hit the ground running and get your goals as well as the performances."
