Derby County have agreed a deal to sign Poland Under 21 international Tomasz Cywka on a two-year contract from Wigan Athletic.
The attacker enjoyed a spell on loan at Pride Park towards the end of the season and he made five appearances for the Championship club.
With his contract at Wigan due to expire, Cywka has accepted a permanent move to Derby and manager Nigel Clough is pleased to secure his signature.
"We're delighted to have Tomasz signed up for two years," Clough told the club's official website.
"His performances towards the end of the season were impressive and we were delighted with what we saw.
"He instantly struck up a rapport with the supporters who took to Tomasz straight away.
"Tomasz isn't the finished article by any means, but he has plenty of talent and potential.
"We're confident he can develop with us and become a very good player for years to come in a Derby County shirt."
