Rotherham United have rejected a bid from South Yorkshire rivals Barnsley for midfielder Lee Williamson.
The Tykes reportedly tabled a £200,000 offer for the former Mansfield Town and Northampton Town player, with the January transfer window now open for business.
However, Millers chairman Denis Coleman has rebuffed Barnsley's offer for the 24-year-old.
"We've got other bids on the table higher than that, so why would we accept that one?" Coleman told Radio Sheffield.
"We've had three official bids since yesterday morning, and a verbal bid from a fourth one.
"We've got one or two other teams who have made enquiries last week, so things are starting to happen this week, both for Lee (Williamson) and obviously there's a lot of interest in Will Hoskins as well."
