Goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has signed a new four-year deal with Leicester City which will keep him at the King Power Stadium until June 2018.
The Denmark international played every minute of all 46 league games as Leicester won the Championship title with a record 102 points.
The 27-year-old was in inspired form for Nigel Pearson's side conceding just 43 goals - a defensive record only bettered by Burnley and Brighton.
"I'm tremendously proud to sign for this great club again," Schmeichel told the club's website.
"Leicester has felt like home since the day I arrived three years ago and always felt like the right choice for me.
"I was always confident my future would be sorted once we achieved our objective of winning promotion to the Premier League and I'd like to thank the owners and the manager for making it happen.
"I can't wait to play for this club in the Premier League. With the management team we have and the squad already here plus new additions arriving, we've got a great chance of having a great season."
