QPR boss Harry Redknapp expects a positive response from his players when they get back to Championship action against Ipswich on Saturday.
Rangers bowed out of the FA Cup 4-0 against Everton at the weekend, but their main focus remains gaining promotion back to the Premier League.
The R's currently lie third in the table, a point behind Burnley and five adrift of leaders Leicester.
Redknapp said: "We've got to regroup now and work hard. We've got to pick ourselves up.
"We've got a tough game at Ipswich next weekend and we need to be ready.
"The league is all important for us. All we're focused on now is getting out of this division.
"That's been our goal all season long and we're in with a real shot."
