Robert Green claims to be loving life at Queens Park Rangers and would be willing to discuss a contract extension.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper has entered the final 12 months of his current deal at Loftus Road.
Should no fresh terms by agreed by next summer, the England international will be free to move on.
He is, however, hoping to stick around in west London past the end of the 2013/14 campaign.
Discussions regarding fresh terms are yet to be opened, but Green says he would be happy to start talks if QPR express a desire to keep him on board.
The former West Ham United and Norwich City shot-stopper said in the Fulham Chronicle: "Despite last season, I really like playing here, love the club and only live eight miles down the road.
"It's as settled as I've been in my career, so if it came about, it's definitely worth talking about. It's something I'm happy to discuss."
