QPR boss Harry Redknapp was unhappy with his side's lack of belief after going behind in their 2-0 defeat at Everton.

Darron Gibson's opener was fortunate to say the least, but the Rs players seemed to give up after the goal, and were soundly beaten in the end.

"It is not getting any easier, and this is a tough place to come," Redknapp said.

"We were unlucky to come in 1-0 down at the break, but we didn't start the second half well.

"It was as though the belief drained out of us after the goal."

The former Tottenham boss is refusing to give up hope of a great escape, however, insisting QPR are not down and out yet.

"We have got to keep going, keep believing," he added.

"It is going to be hard, and we probably need to win four out of five games, but all you can do is keep trying."
