Serie A champions Juventus are close to bolstering their midfield with the signing of Mauricio Isla from Udinese.
A fee has reportedly been agreed between the clubs with the 24-year-old now thrashing out personal terms.
His agent Claudio Vagheggi said Juve beat off competition from other clubs to land the player's signature.
"We are discussing the contract details right now," Vagheggi said to tuttomercatoweb.com.
"There was an interest shown by several important clubs to acquire the player, but I believe Udinese's excellent rapport with Juve influenced negotiations."
