Charlton have have struck a deal with QPR to re-sign winger Lee Cook, who has agreed a to sign a loan contract until the end of the season.

The 29-year-old, who had a spell at The Valley in 2007, will be in the squad for Tuesday night's visit of Yeovil and could go straight into the starting line-up with captain Johnnie Jackson an injury doubt. Manager Chris Powell told the club website: "I was a player the last time Lee was here and it was admittedly a mixed time for him and the club. "But that's well in the past. What he is now is a left-sider and a natural left-footer who wants to deliver. He has good quality and has got an eye for goal as well. "I'm just trying to get the balance of our squad right. Johnnie Jackson has been outstanding for us on the left but he has had one or two knocks. We have to make sure we are okay in that area at this vital time for everyone."
