Wycombe boss Gary Waddock wants to offer Martin Rowlands' another loan deal at Adams Park after being impressed by the midfielder.

Rowlands' three-month deal with Wanderers expired after the 3-1 home win over Exeter on Boxing Day. Waddock hopes to come to a new agreement with the midfielder's parent club QPR once the transfer window opens on Sunday. "It's been hectic with the Christmas period but over the next few days I'm sure we will make contact with QPR and Rowly," said Waddock. Rowlands, 32, who began his career at Wycombe, made eight League One outings - two as a substitute - and one FA Cup appearance during his initial loan."
