Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock says there are no plans to hand in-form striker Heidar Helguson an improved contract.

Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock says there are no plans to hand in-form striker Heidar Helguson an improved contract.
Helguson's current deal expires at the end of the season and there is an option for a 12-month extension if he features in 50 per cent of the club's games.
The veteran Icelandic forward has scored six goals in nine Premier League appearances this term and Warnock is delighted with his form.
However, Warnock believes there is no need to review the 34-year-old's contract situation as he feels QPR are well covered.
"I fought hard with Flavio [Briatore] in the summer to give him a new contract," said Warnock. "I see him as our Kevin Davies, but the previous owners wanted to release him because of his age.
"Exactly why I wanted him has come to the fore, because we've had a few injuries and a few have suffered a loss of form.
"It's easier for him to play in the Premier League than the Championship because there's a week between games and the preparation's better. He's one of the best headers in the division if you give him opportunities.
"He's 34 and we've already got him tied down, so I can't see me giving him a six-year contract!"
