Keeper eager to play first-team football

Barnet have signed Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Jake Cole on a one-month loan deal. Cole has been brought in by Bees boss Ian Hendon to provide competition following an injury to Lee Harrison. The 23-year-old has not played a first-team game for QPR in almost two years and spent a spell on loan at Oxford United earlier this season. He could make his debut for Barnet in Saturday's League Two clash with Chester City and Cole is looking forward to the chance to play first-team football. "I'm really happy to be here and looking forward to playing games," Cole told the club's official website. "I only found out yesterday about the possibility of a move to Barnet and I jumped at the chance because I want to be playing league football."
