Leyton Orient goalkeeper Jamie Jones feels their solid defence can form the basis of a promotion push this season.
The table-topping O's remain unbeaten and have conceded just eight goals in the league so far. "As a back four and as a unit we are solid this season," said Jones. "We've not conceded many in the league. "I'm pleased with my own form. I took the back end of last season and pre-season into this year and have been doing really well. "And it helps when the back four I have in front of me have been outstanding, that breeds confidence into my game, and into their game when I'm pulling off saves. Long may it continue."
