Trundle situation will become clear - agent

EXCLUSIVE
LEE TRUNDLE'S agent Neil Sang has told planetfootball.com that he expects more concrete offers from interested clubs for the Wrexham striker.

The 26-year-old is out of contract at the Racecourse Ground but The Dragons have offered him a new deal to stay with the newly-promoted Division Two side.

All this despite a clause in his last deal that may force the Welsh club to pay as much as a £20,000 additional fee to his former club Rhyl to extend his contract - a clause that caught The Dragons by complete surprise.

Sang has revealed that Oldham Athletic, Swansea City and Coventry City have made offers to secure the services of Trundle and he is hopeful something will occur for his client soon.

"I've been contacted about his availability by a host of clubs but there's only been a few offers," Sang told planetfootbal.com.

"We expect something to happen over the next week to ten days."

Trundle suffered some off-field trouble in late April when he was arrested then bailed following serious allegations, claims his solicitor was quick to deny.
