Blissful Bennett joins Canaries

Midfielder Elliott Bennett has completed his move from Brighton to Norwich for an undisclosed fee.

Bennett, however, accepts he must win a place in the starting line-up before he can start dreaming of facing the Premier League's biggest names. The 22-year-old, who has agreed a three-year deal, is Norwich's third signing of the summer. "It's unbelievable. This is an opportunity the gaffer has given me and it is one I have got to try and take," he said. "There are a lot of very good players here - you don't get back-to-back promotions if you haven't got good players - so the first task is to try and get into the team. "I will think about the international stars that will be coming to Carrow Road only if I get the opportunity to do that. "But I can't tell you how happy I am to be here and I really appreciate everyone who has given me the opportunity to do it. "I'm not setting myself any targets. The gaffer has brought me in here to add to a great squad and hopefully I can play my part this season."
