Skysports.com understands Exeter City have rejected an offer from Norwich City for their captain Danny Seaborne.
The central defender has come through the ranks at St James Park, making his debut for the Grecians in 2006.
The 22-year-old is now one of City's most prized assets, but his current contract is set to expire in the summer.
A number of clubs are believed to be tracking Seaborne and Norwich boss Paul Lambert is known to be a huge fan.
Lambert made a move to sign him before the transfer window closed in August and now he has seen a fresh bid rejected.
The Canaries boss made an offer to sign Seaborne on loan until January, with a view to a permanent deal, but Exeter have shunned the bid.
