Norwich City maintained their 100 percent record at Carrow Road after a convincing 3-1 home success over Millwall.
First half goals from Paul McVeigh (pictured) and Ian Henderson (2) put The Canaries in firm control before Darren Ward netted a late consolation for the visitors.
The Canaries forged ahead on 12 minutes when Millwall's defence failed to clear their lines and McVeigh unleashed a rasping volley into the top corner.
Just three minutes later the lead was doubled as Darren Huckerby tormented the visiting defence down the left and crossed for Henderson to head beyond Tony Warner.
The duo combined again for the third goal on the half hour with Huckerby's delicate cross being firmly volleyed into the back of the net by Henderson.
In the second half, Norwich were content to sit on their lead and rarely foraged forward as The Lions sought a route back into the encounter with Tim Cahill heading over from close range.
Millwall did gain a reward for their efforts in the final minutes when Peter Sweeney's corner was forced home by Ward from six yards out.
